The Casa Portillo house features a distribution hall that provides easy access to all spaces, which are separated to enhance air conditioning. The upper floor, dedicated to private living, is enveloped by a brick shell that filters the environment and adds warmth to the facade. Inside, a staircase framed by a 6-meter height window allows natural light to flood in and visually connects with the surroundings. Beneath the staircase, an interior garden and the green roof of the garage strengthen the connection between habitat and nature.
